The Strong Girls Guide To Achieving Your First Push Up!

Is it time to learn how to do push ups on your toes? 

Push ups are a great full body exercise which require not only a strong upper body but core and glutes! Doing a push up properly shows strength, practise and determination! 

Elle and Georgia take you through a bunch of awesome exercises to build strength and show you how to do a proper push up! 

Here are some sets and reps you can try:

Banded Press: 3x8, 30 second rest
DB chest press 3x8 (start light) building to 3x4 (heavy), 30 second - 1 minute rest
Push ups on box 3x8 - start high then build lower decreasing the reps the more difficult the reps get, 1 minute rest. Progress to floor as you improve!
