Certified Fitness Coach, Head Programmer
She has experience, and welcomes working with health care professionals to assist in pre and post rehabilitation.
Tessa is a certified fitness coach focused on optimising athletic performance.
With experience in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, Gymnastics, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, she helps clients reach their full potential through personalised training programs that enhance performance, reduce injury risks, and accelerate progress to any skill goals you may have.
Tessa is also our head programmer, using innovative techniques for group and individual training.
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Nutrition, she combines fitness and nutrition to achieve lasting results and promote well-being.
Lois
Lois is a qualified group fitness instructor and personal trainer.
Her focus is on fitness longevity through good form and strength but also flexibility and mobility.
Lois believes fitness and good health is a lifelong journey with obstacles and goals littered throughout. That journey should be supported by great coaches, great community and of course fun.
She was inspired to train people as a result of her own fitness journey. She understands that everyone has a different body, a different mind and therefore needs a different approach. Her unique perspective gives her the skill to see outside the box.
Simone
Simone is a qualified physiotherapist and exercise therapist. She has experience in rehab, strength & conditioning, team sports development, injury prevention, performance and movement coaching.
She loves all things health, fitness and wellness.
Simone has recently returned from living in the Netherlands for three years and outside of work, she enjoys traveling, soccer, surfing, getting a coffee and the beach!
Tahnee
Tahnee is a chiropractor and certified fitness coach
She loves showing people how strong and capable their bodies are, helping them take control of their health and discover new confidence.
Her energy and enthusiasm for life make every workout session inspiring and fun!
Hannah
Hannah (or Han as we all call her), is originally a Kiwi, having moved to Australia in 2022, and has been a personal trainer since 2021.
She loves having fun in the gym and thrives coming up with regressions and progressions for all movements.
In addition to working full time in Marketing at True Protein, she compete’s in CrossFit and loves going to the beach.
Monique
Monique has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2018 (alongside many other things!) and she’s just had her first baby, Jonathan, who was born in June.
Monique is also a life coach and loves motivating our clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
