How The 21 Day Challenge Works

We all have a story, a reason behind what motivated us to take action and take the steps forward to more vitality, health and fitness!

We want you to have all those things so you can have a long, healthy happy life!

So please listen and read carefully to all our instructions so we can best help you get there!


Your First Training Session


Welcome to Our gym!

Address: 3b1/106 Old Pittwater Rd

Parking is on site: Please just turn into 106 Old Pittwater Rd and continue 100m down the driveway where parking is available. Tone will be on your left.

Our friendly members and coaches will greet you and ensure you feel support and comfortable in your first session all while having a great time!


Nutritional and accountability webinar


Nutrition is by far one of the hardest, most complex areas to coach people in.

But there are some things which cannot be disputed

  1. We don’t eat enough fibre from plants - especially fruits and vegetables

  2. Processed foods are extremely harmful. Remember the longer the self life the shorter yours

  3. Whole foods are considered the best for you. If it had a life or has been alive, you should eat it!

How To Do Your Tone Measurements

Coach Elle explains how to do you measurements for the 21 day Challenge.

Please text Elle your measurements once you’ve done them so we can keep a record of your results by the first Monday of the challenge.

We will repeat the measurements on the last day of the challenge to see your amazing progress!
